Selling your Tenerife property

If you are living outside of Tenerife then with a power of attorney Venli can complete the sale on your behalf ensuring that taxes are paid and all relevant paperwork is in order. Please be aware that as a non-resident you will have to retain 5% of the selling price, which has to be paid to the Hacienda. Venli are here to help, not only with the sale of your property but also with any administration matters.
