How to obtain a mortgage in Tenerife
Here at Venli we work with various banks and can obtain Spanish mortgages very easily, up to 70% for non residents and 80% for residents. In some cases a higher percentage can be obtained all depending on the individual financial situation.

*Opening Charges 1% - 1.5%
*Cancellation Charges 1% - 1.5%

Valuation Costs €200 - €300
Information required to apply for a mortgage are:
If the person is employed:
- Copy of passport
- P-60
- Private sales agreement
- 3 months bank statements of all accounts
- Proof of ownership of any other properties and breakdown of existing mortgages
- 3 payslips
If the person is self-employed:
- Copy of passport
- Last 2 years accounts
- Last 6 months bank statements of all accounts
- Private sales agreement
